Our Cosmetology Program

Our cosmetology program can teach you how to create current hair and makeup trends, as well as classic looks that will never go out of style. You’ll be able to practice and grow these skills in our student salon and spa, giving you the real-world experience you need in order to be successful in the industry.

Our curriculum is designed to include a variety of different techniques that can help you feel prepared for your future. You can learn in-depth about hair sculptures, trends, and more. However, if you have a passion for all things beauty, you’ll also be given the opportunity to learn about facials, massage, makeup, and nails. This gives our students a well-rounded education and can give them the confidence they need to take on any aspect of the beauty industry.

We know that being a cosmetologist goes beyond gorgeous hairstyles and makeup. It’s also about running your own business and building a list of loyal clients. Whether you want to be an independent contractor or a salon employee, business principles are an essential part of being a stylist. That’s why our curriculum heavily focuses on business concepts such as salon and social media marketing, income strategies, and guest service training.

To ensure that you’re progressing through the program, you’ll be tested regularly on your knowledge of information throughout previous weeks. This will help prove your abilities and readiness to progress to the next phase of the program, and ultimately, to graduation and licensure.

Get Ready to Do What You Love

One of the most exciting things about the beauty industry is all the exciting career paths that can present themselves to you after gaining licensure. After graduating, students must sit for their state board exam in order to earn their cosmetology license. Once you’ve obtained your license, then the exciting part happens, you get to look for employment within the industry!

While we can’t guarantee employment, we aim to help our students prepare for their futures by teaching them the skills necessary to be successful in their futures.

Cosmetology Tuition and Supplies

Tuition: $19,250 for 1,800 hours
Starting Fee: $100 registration fee with enrollment application
Kit Fee: $3,624 (tax included)

How Long Is Your Cosmetology Program?

Our cosmetology program is a state-mandated 1800 hours. Depending on the schedule you choose, you can graduate in as little as a year.

What Is The Schedule Like For Your Cosmetology Program?

Currently, we offer a full-time schedule. Classes are held Tuesday-Friday from 8:45 am to 4:30 pm.

Is Your Cosmetology Program Offered At Both Your Campus Locations?

Yes! Our cosmetology program is offered at both our Grand Island campus and our Omaha campus.
